| Super Junior member Choi Siwon injured his ankle while rehearsing for a countdown party in ShenZhen, China on 31st December 2008. He injured his right ankle and was hence unable to take the heavy dance choreography of the performances. However, on the 3rd and 4th of January at the Seoul Olympic Fencing Stadium, on Super Junior The 1st Asia Tour Super Show Encore Concert, he continued to stand on stage to perform.
SM staff said that “Even though Choi SiWon has not sustained too serious an injury, it still affects his walking. But his will to perform on stage was too strong for anyone to persuade him.”
Choi SiWon goes for check-up at the hospital after the concert ends.
P.S from vivian: he had injured his ankle already in Dec 2007 while filming EHB. This is a repeat injury.
