SuJu’s hit song ‘U’ was plagiarised by a contestant during a Spanish music festival. Listen to the song HERE. And O_O, the entire instrumental was ripped. I can’t believe someone would have the guts to do that. I guess he probably thought that SuJu isn’t that well known in that part of the world and hey, their popularity there is even surprising me ^^;;. I never knew they had that many Spanish fans. I do feel for the guy a little though, since I’m sure E.L.Fs aren’t going to let him get away with it easily…sometimes I really fear the actions of these overly obsessive fans.

I’m pretty sure I’m sounding evil, but I can’t wait until the drama really unfolds; I’d love to see LSM’s reaction to this XD. After some of the copyright trouble he’s been through, now he can actually sue someone for plagiarising one of his original songs.

“In this musical world, there is a music festival called Eurovision Song Contest, where all the european (and some asian) countries send their best contestants with brand new songs to represent them in order to win.

It’s a great contest, believe me, I follow this contest since 8 years ago and, what I’m about to say is something that it’s still unbelievable for me.

In Spain, the method they had to choose their contestant in the Eurovision Song Contest is to hold an internet open poll where all the songs (455 songs) are uploaded to a webpage and all the people (not including spanish people) vote for their favourites.
I was voting for all the ones I liked when I found out something so disgusting, so humiliating for all of us ELF.

Yeah, that’s right. It’s the instrumental version of U with other lyrics… That’s not fair at all!!. He broke one of the most important rules: to make a song fully original (lyrics and music).

Eurovision-spain.com, the official spanish fanbase of the Eurovision Song Contest wrote something about this case, case that I reported, this is the quote:

i live in brazil and they once done with a BoA song... my ears bleed everytime i listen.. it's a forró [a type of music] song, makes me wanna die everytime i listen to it =/
